RedVolt (the "Service") is provided by Winnito L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (registered with the Delaware Division of Corporations; mailing address available on written request to legal@redvolt.ai) ("Winnito," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). "RedVolt" refers to the brand and trading name under which Winnito offers the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Winnito L.L.C.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not intended for use by minors.
RedVolt provides AI-powered penetration testing, reconnaissance, and smart contract auditing tools. The Service is intended for authorized security testing only. The Service includes web-based scanning, AI agent-driven exploitation, report generation, and related features as described on our website.
You agree to use RedVolt only against systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You must confirm authorization before each scan, pentest mission, or audit. Unauthorized scanning, exploitation, or denial-of-service attacks are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account and referral to law enforcement.
You further agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at security@redvolt.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All charges for the Service are processed through Stripe, Inc. The merchant of record for all transactions is Winnito L.L.C. Cardholder statements may show a descriptor referencing "Winnito" or "RedVolt." Invoices and receipts are issued in the name of Winnito L.L.C. We do not receive or store your full card details; payment instruments are tokenized and held by Stripe under its own PCI DSS compliance program.
Subscriptions. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Credit-based features (AI pentest credits) are consumed upon use and are non-refundable once consumed.
Smart Contract Audits. Audits are billed as one-time charges at the time of purchase. If an audit pipeline fails to complete — for example, due to a compilation error we could not recover from, an infrastructure incident, or a timeout on our side — we will automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an audit report is successfully generated, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Re-audits of the same codebase are offered at a reduced rate as described on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period or an audit you have already paid for.
Pentest scan data and reports are retained according to your subscription tier:
Smart contract source files and audit reports are retained while your account is active so you can revisit, re-download, and re-audit them. You may delete any individual audit or uploaded contract at any time from your dashboard. Source files uploaded for one-off audits are deleted automatically within 30 days of audit completion unless you keep them in your workspace.
Upon account termination, all account data, contract sources, and reports are permanently deleted within 30 days, unless you request earlier removal or earlier data export. Payment records and authorization logs are retained longer as required by law (see our Privacy Policy for specifics).
All smart contract source code and uploaded files remain your property. All scan reports, findings, and audit reports generated for you are licensed to you for your own internal use, redistribution, and disclosure. The Service itself, including its software, pipeline architecture, detection heuristics, prompt engineering, AI model configurations, and branding (including the "RedVolt" name and marks), remains the exclusive property of Winnito L.L.C. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.
We do not use your contract source code, audit findings, or scan data to train or fine-tune any AI model, whether operated by us or by any third-party sub-processor. Data sent to our AI sub-processors (including Anthropic) is transmitted solely for the purpose of performing the analysis you requested, subject to each sub-processor's operational data-handling commitments.
Each smart contract audit is performed against the exact code you submit at the time of the audit and reflects a point-in-time assessment. Audits do not cover:
No audit — automated or human — can guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities. You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, deploying secure code, and following best practices. The audit report is intended to support, not replace, independent security review.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Winnito L.L.C. and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the "Winnito Parties") from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
The Service is provided by Winnito L.L.C. on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Winnito L.L.C. or any Winnito Party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed vulnerabilities, false positives or false negatives, service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from security testing activities — even if Winnito has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Winnito's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Winnito for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Access to the RedVolt API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your subscription tier. Automated or programmatic access must comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to throttle or block API access that degrades the Service for other users.
The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree not to use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of any applicable export control laws, including but not limited to US Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to applicable trade sanctions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Winnito L.L.C. is organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. The parties consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware for any action not subject to mandatory arbitration or otherwise required to be brought in another forum by applicable law.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@redvolt.ai. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may proceed with formal legal action subject to this Section.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
