By accessing or using RedVolt ("the Service"), operated by RedVolt Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not intended for use by minors.
RedVolt provides AI-powered penetration testing, reconnaissance, and smart contract auditing tools. The Service is intended for authorized security testing only. The Service includes web-based scanning, AI agent-driven exploitation, report generation, and related features as described on our website.
You agree to use RedVolt only against systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You must confirm authorization before each scan, pentest mission, or audit. Unauthorized scanning, exploitation, or denial-of-service attacks are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account and referral to law enforcement.
You further agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at security@redvolt.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Paid features are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Credit-based features (AI pentest credits) are consumed upon use and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
Scan data, reports, and findings are retained according to your subscription tier:
Web3 audit reports are retained indefinitely. Upon account termination, all data is deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier removal or a data export.
All scan reports, findings, and data generated by the Service belong to you. The Service itself, including its software, algorithms, AI models, and branding, remains the exclusive property of RedVolt Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RedVolt Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
RedVolt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to missed vulnerabilities, false positives or negatives, service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from security testing activities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Access to the RedVolt API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your subscription tier. Automated or programmatic access must comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to throttle or block API access that degrades the Service for other users.
The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree not to use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of any applicable export control laws, including but not limited to US Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to applicable trade sanctions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@redvolt.ai. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
